Terms and conditions

• In case of non-availability of specified rooms, we will give you similar or different hotels based on availability and price may increase or decrease based on the hotel selection. 
• The hotel is selected as per your preferred budget. 
• Standard hotel check-in time is 12 pm and Check-out is 10 am
• Cancellations applicable for the packages that paid a minimum 25% advance amount
• Cancellations Above 30 days – 70% of the package rate, 29 to 8 days – 50% of package rate, Less than 7 days or no show – No refund
• We do not have any hidden charges 
• Rates may change as per season
• Hotels have extra charges for lunch, dinner, extra person above 5 years which not included in the plan had to pay direct to the hotel
• In Hill stations, rooms will not be Air-conditioned because of cold regions. 
• Munnar Eravikulam National Park will close for 3 months in a year upon the breeding period of the Nilgiri Tahr
• The Balance amount needs to be paid fully on or before the arrival date
• In case of any unexpected bandh, strike, natural calamity, pandemic we will make alternative arrangements and these expenses not included in the package
• Deluxe A/C will be operational from 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. 
• Hotel early check-in or late check-out may have extra charges
• Check-in at Houseboat is at 12.30 noon and the boat will be anchored at 5 Pm
