Cancellation Policy

• Guests are requested to make cancellation requests within 30 days from the travel date to claim the advance amount.
• The cancellation policy is applicable for packages booked with a minimum of 25% advance of the total amount.
• The cancellation charge applies in certain cases as it completely depends on the amount we might recover from the vendors like hoteliers, flights and cab operators we patronize.
• For canceling tour packages booked with advance payment following are the refund criteria: If you are canceling 30 days before the arrival, you will be refunded with the full amount of advance payment. If you are canceling the trip 30-14 days prior to the arrival, 50% of the advance amount will be charged as a cancellation charge by the company and the rest of the amount will be refunded. If the cancellation is initiated within less than 13 days to arrival, it will be considered as a 'No Show' or last-minute cancellation. In that case, 100% of the advance amount will be charged and no refunds are applicable.
• Refund will be done through online, cheque, credit card transactions within a minimum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the ticket.

• In case of non-availability of specified rooms, we will give you similar or different hotels based on availability and price may increase or decrease based on the hotel selection.
• The hotel is selected as per your preferred budget.
• Standard hotel check-in time is 12 pm and Check-out time is 10 am.
• Cancellations applicable for the packages that paid a minimum 25% advance amount.
• We do not have any hidden charges
• Rates may change as per season.
• Hotels have extra charges for lunch and dinner.
• Extra person above 6 years not included in the plan will have to pay direct to the hotel.
• In Hill stations, rooms will not be Air-conditioned because of cold climate.
• Munnar Eravikulam National Park will close for 3 months in a year upon the breeding period of the Nilgiri Tahr.
• The Balance amount needs to be paid fully on or before the arrival date.
• In case of any unexpected bandh, strike, natural calamity, pandemic we will make alternative arrangements and these expenses are not included in the package.
• Deluxe A/C will be operational from 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.
• Hotel early check-in or late check-out may have extra charges
• Check-in at Houseboat is at 12.30 noon and the boat will be anchored at 5 PM.
