Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guest are requested to make cancellation requests within 30 days from the travel date to claim the advance amount. Cancellation policy is given below :

The cancellation policy is applicable for packages booked with a minimum of 35% advance of the total amount. The cancellation charge applies in certain cases as it completely depends on the amount we might recover from the vendors like hoteliers, Flights and cab operators we patronize.

For canceling tour packages booked with advance payment following are the refund criteria: If you are canceling 30 days before the arrival, you will be refunded with the full amount of advance payment. If you are canceling the trip 30-14 days prior to the arrival, 50% of the advance amount will be charged as a cancellation charge by the company and the rest of the amount will be refunded. If the cancellation is initiated within less than 13 days to arrival, it will be considered as a 'No Show' or last-minute cancellation. In that case, 100% of the advance amount will be charged and no refunds are applicable.

Refund

Refunded will be done through online, cheque, credit card transactions within a minimum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the ticket.
