In the rare event that we need to cancel a trip (due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of the cancellation confirmation. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Do you provide airport pick-up and drop-off?

Yes, airport transfers are included in most of our packages. Our driver will be at the airport to receive you on arrival. Any additional private transfers can be arranged on request.

Is travel insurance included?

Travel insurance is not included by default but we strongly recommend it. We can advise on suitable travel insurance plans for domestic and international trips.
